Waste Not..

Dyer & Butler are forging ahead in the waste sector having secured c. £3m worth of contracts for SITA.    The design and construction of a steel frame RTS building is underway at Pool Refuse Transfer Station, near Redruth, being delivered by our South West Regional office.  Whilst the Southern Civils team are busy delivering the design and construction of upgrade works at Witley Community Recycling Centre in Surrey.

Other recent projects in the sector have included the construction of a concrete base to support a heavy duty industrial shed at Warren Farm, near Fareham on behalf of Veolia Environment Services; construction of a reinforced concrete weighbridge at Torr Quarry WTS, Kingsbridge; and placing and compacting 20,000 tonnes of soils to provide a capping layer to heavily contaminated landfill material at Brofiscin Quarry in South Wales.
