Project Managers, Site Agents, Sub Agents

Based from our Southampton head office and regional offices in, London, Swindon & South West.
You will be part of a team responsible for managing projects from estimating & planning stages through to delivery and final account. Responsibilities will include site supervision of labour and subcontractors, health & Safety management, site cost/ value control, programming, commercial reporting, client liaison, correspondence and record keeping in accordance with Dyer & Butler procedures. Ideally candidates will be from and engineering background with a minimum HNC qualification, in Civil Engineering. You may be looking to move your career forward with a regional contractor with an enviable reputation. Successful candidates will possess good people management skills and have the experience, drive and enthusiasm to manage projects successfully through to completion, safely, within budget and to program.
From an engineering background and likely to have obtained a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering. You may be currently working as a Project Manager or as a Senior Site Agent for a Civil Engineering Contractor who is looking for the opportunity to move your career forward. Either way, it is vital that you possess excellent people management skills and have the drive and enthusiasm to manage a project through to completion, within budget and program.
It would be beneficial to have Airside Projects Experience.
